To me, this is apples and oranges. One hand, you have intelligent people having a discussion about race where people disrespecting one another to where it is ugly, ignorant and unproductive. The other hand is a discussion about someone setting back their organization because of their actions. I don't see a relation.

Uh.....you really are reaching. I'll play. I will say this.
"When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a (wo)man, I put away childish things." Being an Omega "sidekick" as you put it, is what I did in my unenlightened days. Knowing what I know now I would not do it again. However, under no circumstance would I trade my experience for anything. If someonewere to tell me that they want to become a fraternity sweetheart, I would discourage them because one day they will be on a message board and someone will try to attack their character even though it may be 10 years after the fact.
