The segment on campus fires was political in nature. There is federal legislature on the fringe of going through the houses-something to the effect of REQUIRING all institutions who are eligible to receive federal funding to install and maintain sprinkler systems. I believe this includes off-campus housing, such as fraternity houses. I apologize for not having full details, I just recall reading about this a few weeks ago.
