I recently had correspondence with a Phi Delt big wheel, and asked him what the experience of other natl. GLOs that had banned alcohol was.
He replied "What others?" implying that Phi Delt was the only one nationally.
Phi Delts have been very happy with their five years of dryness, and point to better grades, more pledges, better housing, and more good in general. They hired a prof to study the results.
