I guess you give the kid a pass on this becuase she was on the floor, but she shouldn't have been kept in a blowout game long enough to score that many points.

I thought the same thing Tony. You may recall, Lisa Leslie scored, I think, 101 points in a HALF when she was in high school. She didn't get the opportunity to score more because the other team refused to continue the game. I think the final score was 100-something to 20 something.
THe coach was more concerned with the record probably. I know I am showing my age here, but a big thing when I was in HS was "busting the clock" (yeah, that's how we said it). Back then, most score boards only went up to 99, so if a team got 100, the scoreboard had to revert back to 00. I remember starters begging their coach to put them back in in a blow out so that they could bust the clock....LOL
