One of the ladies I work with is from the Philippines and she makes the BESTTTTTT eggrolls .... and she brought them in today so here

Philippine wrappers - 1 pkg
ground beef
shredded carrots
chopped celery
chopped water chestnuts
minced garlic
chopped onions
soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
black pepper 1 tbsp.
mix everything together in a bowl. seperate the wrappers, roll up and shape. depends on the size of the eggroll, if you want it thick put more meat and thin ... less meat. fry in hot oil!
