A meth-infested community that's often featured on his A&E show, Dog the Bounty Hunter (Duane Chapman) and his fiancee Beth served as Grand Marshals of the Lunar New Year parade last weekend in Chinatown. The parade kicked off the Narcissus Pageant, Coronation Ball, and other New Year events.
