Hehe..I am VERY happy. I'm sort of doing a mix between SBD and WW(low fat, low cal, high fiber and high protein) and I weighed myself this morning and im down 7.6 pounds!!:-D
Although I had mexican for lunch, lol. but that's ok, i'll work it off!!!

But seriously, I don't know why it's taken me so long to focus and just lose it. I mean, something just clicked and I'm just doing it, lol!
