The Rho Nu chapter of Zeta Phi Beta is throwing the final party of The Blue Funk Tour featuring DJ Vince of All-City Entertainment. The tour has already rocked Virginia Union & Christopher Newport and now it's headed to Old Dominion in Norfolk, Va. If you've ever been to a party in the 757 you know how we do it.
