I absolutely believe that men are occasionally accused faslely of rape. But I have noticed lately that anytime someone famous is accused of rape, some people will automatically claim that they are a target for false accuations.
Unfortunatly rape is a he said/ she said crime... not all victims are saints and not all alledged perps are guilty.
