Example: One caller mentioned that the weather was fair to a colleague. The temp, according to the caller was 69 (degrees). The colleague took it the wrong way and thought the guy was sexually harassing her.

So true. You can literally look at people the wrong way and be accused. Staring/leering is considered a form of harassment.
