from "500 Low-Carb Recipes" by Dana Carpender

1 pound ground beef
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese

Brown the beef. Add the salsa and cheese, and stir until the cheese melts.

If you're watching your carbs, you can eat this with a salad. If not, you can put it on a tortilla.
