When we did the Christmas card thing, I said that I put a lion sticker on the back of one envelope, and had a prize for that person (I had them face down so I couldn't see who it was). When polarpi won that, I still had a few items & offered to hold a "Lucky Loser" drawing out of the remaining names, which my mother drew.
I was just cleaning out my purse & wanted to get rid of the stubs for the people who I knew got their goodies!
