Must have:
Gallon Ice Cream Frizzer, Rock Salt, and Ice.
Mix Well:
5 eggs.
Can of Evaporated Milk. ( can use heavy cream instead for a creamier texture)
1/2 Gallon of Milk.
Tablespoon of Vanilla.
3 1/2 cups of sugar.
1/2Gal.Milk.
Put in Mixer Can and start mixing, add ice and plenty of rock salt.
Takes @ 30-40 Min.
I make only Vanilla as can bake a pie of My Choice, add Presearves of My Choice, or Chocolat Syrup.
