Confused about COB
I have a question about COB (continous open bidding). I went thorugh rush but was released before the preference round, if I was invited back to a party then I would have went through preference. That's where I ended. So I was wondering if I am still eligible for COB b/c I'm not sure if I signed a preference card before being released. As you can tell I'm very confused 
or does it depend what college it is b/c they may have different policies on eligibility....
