It may be because I usually link Shelley Winters with Marilyn Monroe (which equalled a "glamour period" in movies to me), but Ms. Winters' passing seems a little like an end to an era. I truly enjoyed most of the roles in which I saw her, and I hope that she is at supreme peace.
