My sorority as well as many others at NJ Tech and the NYC Metro area order from Alphabet Greek. My sorority has never had any problems. They even came to Tech while I was there and sold merchandise. They were always very good about making all of our jackets correctly which is impressive because my sorority is a local and when we call them and tell them we need a Jacket for Sigma Psi Kappa, they know what they look like and what has been ordered in the past to ensure correctness.
Maybe you had a bad exprerience.
