Read Bob Green's (Syndicated columnist) book "Be True To Your School" about parts of his junior and senior years at Bexley High School near Columbus, Ohio. (1964/65)
He was in a high school "fraternity." I think it was entirely local.
I was in school about 15 miles away at exactly the same time, but we didn't have fraternities. Never heard of them, in fact at that time.
