After googling I found from tvshowsondvd.com there's only a Best of Designing Women with only 5 episodes as of 2003 availabe on Amazon.
I miss my daily dose of Designing Women and Golden Girls.

DishNetwork is pathetic for pointing the finger at Lifetime that it's too expensive for them to renew their contract. Give me a break. I doubt the CEO is losing money. Is does make me wonder if they would have pulled this move if let's say a if there was the Manly man channel, that would have upped their rates.?
ETA: from tv.com: 7/14/05, Sony rep says the company has tentative plans to release the first season in early 2006. It's about time.
