Yay for them for doing something fun, but if this is the biggest day of their lives, I feel sorry for them. And sorry for their future husbands, as getting married is usually seen as the biggest day of a person's life.

Word. For this to be the biggest day of their entire lives, they'd probably have to be planning on never having a career, a husband, or kids . . . Let's not exaggerate too much here. There's no excuse for sloppy journalism, but this is not a tragedy by any means.
