I've definitly never heard that...
I can see that a large portion of military wives getting it done. I mean let's face it, the enlisted side draws a large portion of people that don't value education or wise spending habits.
I can see some private just getting back from war with money in his pocket blowing it on new boobs for his 19 year old wife.
