We have no frills rush, and to be honest, it's really good. You don't have to spend BUTTLOADS of money on recruitment, and it keeps things sort of uniform. It hasn't necessarily changed the numbers of PNMs going through recruitment, nor do the PNMs have to "wear" anything special.
