Sorry to be getting all up in your "Koolade" so late in the game (I've read back to the beginning so at least I know the flavor-lol)...
As a past Corresponding Secretary, NMOC, Membership VP, and Chapter President (all in a chapter with less than 20!) I know the trials of Nom Com from both sides. I don't envy you the heartache!
Anyway congrats on the new position. I know I enjoyed my time as NMOC. I learned a lot myself in the process. Teaching is never easy, the whole "you can lead a horse" thing is very true. I wish you all the best!
