I guess it's harder now for rogue countries to get WMDs and nuclear technology, since Clinton is out of office.
His sales/gifts of technology have put North Korea and China into the serious arms business - all in exchange for a few campaign/library contributions.
I think you can count on lots of (illegal and hidden) campaign contributions from overseas for Hillary's upcoming campaign - hoping the sales/gifts of our technology will resume.
