Back when I had benfeits, I'd go work out at Lackland. Back then (about ten years ago) they had two gyms, one was a piece of shit (called war eagle or something & wasnt air conditioned) and the other was pretty nice.

I now belong to a local gym that is virtually empty after 6PM. Since I'll be taking some grad classes this spring, I can use the three year old fitness center for free, and cancel my membership. But I am caught in a conundrum; the campus gym is nicer and free, but its super crowded (3 years old and undergoing construction to double its size this spring) and you have a lot of people who either dont know what they are doing, or are there ONLY to socialize. My regular gym membership is up in March, so I'll have a few months to weigh the pros and cons of each. I sure would like to save the $38 a month tho....
