Yep. Even though I am a christian, I was always weary of the schools that forced you to attend chapel. Pepperdine was one of those that had mandatory chapel. I don't know if it is still like that, but when I applied (and got accepted) they sent me itinerary and there it stated pretty clearly and big that chapel was mandatory for everyone.
