I think all of the suggestions made so far are ones that are sure to help your chapter become stronger. Another, too, is make sure your chapter has a website and that is it kept up-to-date! Include lots of pictures of events, a calendar of events, and contact information that will be replied to! This is especially important during recruitment, as PNM go online and "check out"sororities even before attending parties. A website it a GREAT PR tool to show off how awesome AOII is!
