Haha, no. It varies regionally.
I have a
friend who once paid $50 for a quarter-bag in college. This
friend, being from another state, paid $25 for a quarter-bag in the old state.
But,
this friend also said the stuff in the more expensive bag was waaaaaay better than the stuff in the $25 bag.
