I agree with Tom!

In college alone I was--
Art Major
Communications Major
Creative Writing Major with Art Minor/Film Critical Studies Minor

Since College I've-
Sold Cheerleading Supplies (so fun! ha ha)
Wrote Ad Copy for advertising agency
Worked at a talent and literary agency
Worked for a screenwriter/director
Worked on 2 feature films as a Production Assistant
Worked as a personal assistant to actors/actresses
Worked as a freelance script reader
Worked as Human Resources/Operations for dot-com
Worked as a writer covering the entertainment industry

And all this in a mere TEN YEARS.

Very few people will do exactly what they thought they'd be doing. Fewer still will stick with that for more than a few years.

Life is short and there's too much to learn and too much to do to stay stuck in one field forever.
