Sorry to make assumptions in my post, Valkyrie. First of all, it is probably important to point out that there are many,many different pro-life positions, just as there are many pro-choice positions. I don't want to be interpreted to present the views of all pro-lifers.
I think it was you that posted that animals have souls and you are thus a vegetarian. I know you were kidding, at least to an extent. Well, I believe that human beings are human from the moment of conception. They have souls and are made in the image and likeness of God. I don't expect you to believe that, but hopefully you can see how someone who does believe that would never approve of abortion. Of course, I also would never approve of the position taken by amanda who posted earlier, as I would also object to morning after pills and so on.
But, all of you that are freaking out from this admission can just chalk it up to the fact that I live in a red state. I am not a Christian Coalition person, but a red-stater none the less, so there you go. Obviously my formative years in a blue state did not take hold.
