Better High Rhos for all

I tend to agree with Brother BOZ. This is something we can all do at our own chapters. Waiting for IHQ to solve our problems is like people who complain that "the government" should do something about their problem du jour. Sure, IHQ should make High Rho a bigger priority. But the haven't yet. So if it's a priority to you, make it a priority to your chapter.*
We have become a society that is content to sit and complain while waiting for someone else to solve our problems. If you want something changed, change it...because nobody else care as much as you do.

*Tom, I realize that your chapter is in a unique situation right now because of membership, but I saw an opportunity to get up on my soap box and I took it. Hopefully in a year or two, this will apply to you as well.
