I agree with everyone here. GET INVOLVED!!!! It will make college so much better. By getting involved in student orgs, I learned so much and made so many friends, but it also helped me realize what I wanted that was missing from them, that I could only find in my sorority - community service, scholarship opportunities (just got a $2500 one for grad school), and lasting female friendships. Not to mention that joining greek life opened me up to the whole student affairs field which is now my chosen future. go greek life.
it really is more than just parties....hell, i partied more with my student newspaper than i ever did with the sorority. hahah.
