Not really, if he felt he had to "put up" with her, he never should've gotten married to her, that's his fault.
I don't think this whole thing will last long anyway....I mean the only reason they married in the first place was because Nick was in New York on Sept. 11th and Jessica freaked out even though they were broken up. She said that it made her realize she could lose him at any moment and if he made it out okay, she was going to marry him. NOW they're splitting up, but let there be another attack, earthquake, hurricane or WHATEVER and they'll be remarried in a heartbeat.
