Tom try doing it with more than 1900! I've found that the biggest success we had, though it was limited, was in asking alumni to give our rho's email address to other alumni. We created a simple email account at hotmail to anyone could remember and used it. Our yahoo group grew from 30 to 60 in about a month. After that, it has stagnated, but hopefully the new rho will keep up with it.
