How Do You?
How do You as either Actives or Alums try to recontact Brothers who have been off of the Radar for to long?
Several Years ago, I spent a lot of time and money in trying to find Alums so that I could get added to a Listing of Emails to send out information.
I always ask when I send out an email with updated emails, Please send me any that are not listed. It is somewhat easy for Guys to check as I placed them in Alphabetical order. I also tell them to send in updated info to IHQ so it can be available. But getting from IHQ is sometimes a problem.
When I go back for functions, I always ask someone if I have their email or do they know of someone that might not be on it. When We have them sign in, we ask for email address so I can add them.
I am running out of ways to find Brothers that I dont have and there are plenty. I have only around 200 out of 600+.
Any Ideas?
