I agree with this, too. It's just recycling with a twist - when the above "rules" are followed!

My mother & I both have a "regifting" closet. Anything not given after one year goes to charity auctions. For some reason, people seem to think I love to take baths (the very thought of sitting in bathwater filth grosses me out!), so there are some really nice things in those closets!!
