In my book, regifting is only acceptable if you have someone that could actually use and appreciate what's being regifted. My mom got a picture frame from one of her coworkers that she just didn't have any use for. Hoever, I knew that my best friend liked that frame and would've wanted it, so I just kinda took it from my mom and threw it in along with the rest of her present.
