COR can be so different at each school, and my own chapter was absolutely horrible at it when I was there (they have it to a fine art, now!), that I hesitate to offer much advice. The key is to make the PNM feel at home, but without the benefits of membership. Does that make sense? You need to hold out just a little, so they realize that they need to join to capture the full ADPi sisterhood.

Do you have a house, a chapter room, or what? That makes a big difference, too.

Lots of times, having a great movie, popcorn & cokes is enough. For others, going to Ronald McDonald House on a fun project (we just made gingerbread houses) works - it was wonderfully messy, yet fun! If you're Recruitment Chair, I'm sure you have a lot of ideas, but let's PM some of the twists, okay? Anyone from any sorority or fraternity (Greek Letter Organizations - GLOs) can read our boards here.
