1st: When I was in high school, my best friend put me on to wearing eye liner. Since she was of a darker complexion, she could pull off the smoky black liner look. With my teenaged hot self, I knew she was wrong. Eventually, I began to take her advice. But not before my dad told me I look like the dog from Lil Rascal.
