You're right sorta-I don't know EVERYTHING about The Eagles, cause they're not my team, just like I don't know everything about the Seahawks...I just don't want to hear someone who's basically on the same level as us telling me I don't know ANYTHING....

Donovan has gotten to four straight conference title games, something Tom Brady hasn't even done. Remember how bad the Eagles were before he got there. He's dealt with fans on draft day, comments from Rush, the immaturity of T.O and Mondesire's comments.
McNabb had a 31-8 touchdown-to-INT ratio last year, and he got the hernia because of a questionable cheap shot, and he still tried to go out there and win. What more do you want?
I never said being a class act made you a great QB, all I'm saying is he's handled all this crap with class, and didn't affect him on the field. Remember early in this year when the Eagles looked good, and he was the only reason why. They were 4-2 at one point, and now they're out of the playoffs. Yeah, they've been getting injured, but how's Mike McMahon doing?
But, if you honestly think Mike McMahon or Koy Detmer is the answer to your problems, then I don't know what else to tell you.

You are clueless on this subject and you are wrong on a number of points. The only thing you have right is the fact that you don't know everything about the Eagles.
You are wrong about us being on the same level on the subject. I know more about the Eagles because I live in Philadelphia and I was a season ticket holder while you were going to LA Galaxy games.
You are wrong about McNabb being the ONLY reason why the Eagles were 4-2. The strength of the Eagles over the last 5 years was actually the defense and special teams. The only year the Eagles had a legit passing game was the one year with TO. Since you are from San Diego lets look at the Chargers game. The Eagles offense sucked!! The Eagles defense shut down Ladamien Tomlinson and it was the special teams that blocked a kick and returned it for the game winning touchdown. Good job Donovan.
I remember the Giants games a few years ago when the "high powered" passing attack of Donovan to Freddie Mitchell, James Thrash, and Todd Pinkston compiled 85 yards through the air. The defense played great and only gave up 7 pts. David Ackers kicked 2 field goals and Brian Westbrook returned a kick for a TD with under a minute to go to give the Eagles a 13-7 win. Great job Donovan. The offense scored 0 points and the Eagles still won.
Two years ago Donovan only had about 15 TD and most of them were actually1 yard screen passes that the running backs turned into TDs. It took Donovan 7 or 8 games before he actually threw a TD to a wideout.
Who knows haw far the team would have gotten without McNabb. Three years ago when McNabb was hurt the the team weht 5-1 without him. The defense carried the team just like the defense carried the team with McNabb was healthy. McNabb is better than Detmer and McMahon but that doesn't make him Brady, or Manning.
All of that is irrelevant. The thread was about Jerry Mondesire. What did Mondesire say that was inaccurate?
