So someone at Target screwed up and made me a very happy person today.
Serenity isn't due to be released until Tuesday, but when I was browsing Target this afternoon I noticed there was a copy of Serenity on one of the shelves. I immediately grabbed it. I then walked around the entire movie section. I was thinking "maybe I was wrong on the release date". Nope, I wasn't. (Even
www.videoeta.com confirmed that schedule release is 12/20).
Which means, Target broke street date, and Brianna scored a copy!!!!
All I can assume, since it was a lone copy is that it was probably brought out, by accident, with other movies that just were released this week. It was sitting on the shelf next to 40 year old Virgin.
The DVD features were okay. Some humorous outtakes. A featurette about how the movie came about (fans response=movie). But we all knew that Buffy, Angel and Firefly fans were, eccentric. LOL. We are a very loyal fan base.
