Thanks so much for replying with that!!! We're meeting before semester starts to finalize everything.
We are using the pearl system as a positive reinforcement, because the girls in chapter respond better to positive feedback rather than fines, and losing privilages, etc.
We'll see how it all turns out... Thanks again!
