That's exactly what I was doing when watching What’s Happen'n Sand and Son etc....Decorating the tree and getting my house in order for the holidays..
It amazes me on how holiday sitcoms back then had some SUBSTANCE....They got you all warm and fuzzy on the inside around Christmas time. This GARBABE that they have now is....well...CRAP!!!]
...I still can't believe that One on One episode....After watching UPN on Monday, I would have been better off popping in my Grinch that stole Christmas, Frosty the Snowman or Christmas with Charlie Brown DVD...Wish they had a Classic (70's-late 90's) Holiday Sitcom DVD,,,,,I would run to the store and buy that REAL QUICK!!!!
I LOOOOVVEEEE Christmas episodes, but after Monday, I realized that I only love the classic Holiday Sitcoms!

I agree with you Soror. Saturday night while my mom decorated the tree, we caught the episodes of Sanford and Son, What's Happening, and Good Times. Much better than the garbage from UPN.
I loved the season 1 Christmas ep from Diff'rent Strokes.
