That's the weird thing - it's not a cover up! It's a clear liquid that you put on in the morning & evening, and doesn't sting or hurt your eyes (my eyes are VERY sensitive!). I've used it for about 2-3 weeks, and the circles are leaving, and the skin is more natural looking - not all cakey like a cover stick would be!
I put it on once my face is washed in the morning, then my eye makeup, then my foundation - which I slightly "feather" up into the eye area - and I am getting a ton of compliments on how much more "relaxed" I look! Relaxed! I'm stressed to the max!! But you'd never know it from my eyes now.
