I have the magazine. I looked through the Holiday guide section several times. The only book on bar like items is *Barstool Oragami* by Nick Robinson. It's the one that teaches you how to create an Emergency Beer Glass or making a Peanut Catapult. Is this the book you were talking about? Hope that this helps.
