I have to admit I'm upset that anyone would say it's not that big of a deal. I guess it's a case of actually having to live through racial and homophobic slurs in order to understand the feeling one would get to have their place of residence VANDALIZED for all to see.
Recently racial slurs were graffiti-ed onto the walls of a prominent, very racially inclusive church in Tallahassee. It just comes to show you we haven't progressed as a society as much as we pride ourselves after all.
