The webmaster for my alumnae chapter has a full time job, is a mother, AND is the webmaster of our award winning website. She's never put anything on a site without first researching it. So don't even start with the "mnay other demands on their time". If they are too busy, they should let other people do it.
"best reflects" umm.....insulting other groups doesn't reflect best on yours.
