I have a friend who has his dog trained SO well! They have a bell hanging from their back door, and whenever she needs to go outside, she goes and rings the bell!
Amazing.
I think the way they did it was just that from the time she was a puppy, everytime they took her out to go to the bathroom, then showed her the bell and rang it then let her outside. Also, if she had an accident in the house, they did something like point out the mess, then take her to the door and ring the bell..... Something like that. Whatever they did works. It is so cool to see a little dog go and ring a bell when she has to go outside!
