When I got home, I emailed the Chapter and their National about it. I plainly stated that I would personally prosecute them. If it was brought back there would be NO questions asked. We got it back but the glass was broken and the frame damaged.
This was a irreplaceable item. So it Their Charter as it is the only one with all of the names of the Founders. That is why I have ours since the Old House was demolished.
