That is such a good idea!
I wish we'd had something like that. We had a program similar to what kchaptergphib described - people (usually pre-med students) volunteered, got some instruction from the med center, and then served as the go-to person if, say, you were sick and didn't know if you should see a doctor, or if you needed condoms, or whatever. It depended entirely on who volunteered - some living groups had more than one, some had none if no one was interested.
