Ideas
For my active chapter's spring retreat, they participated in a ropes course. Alumnae were invited to join. Typically, their are two types of ropes courses. The low impact works teambuilding, trust, while the high ropes course challenges the self. Even as an alum, I found the retreat very rewarding.
Another idea is to go camping. A place were people can relax. Before you leave agree on a goal to acomplish.
Sometimes the best place to start for bonding and brotherhood activites is your ritual. (Granted yes, this sometimes does limit who can participate based on approach to initiated members) Things from discussion the different aspects of what your brotherhood stands for to how a brother best relates to the values/ideals.
